Distance should never feel like losing control. When NONO developed the largest Elefante console produced in years, the client and design team were far from the workshop. That did not mean waiting blindly. Every dimension, proportion, finish, and structural decision was shared through drawings, sketches, samples, and clear written approvals.

Production photographs kept the process visible as the piece moved from design into fabrication. Questions were answered before they became problems, and decisions were made with enough information to feel confident. The client remained involved without having to manage the workshop from a distance. That is the real purpose of a strong custom process. Less friction, fewer assumptions, and no final surprise.
