Project Process
Inquiry
Clients usually begin by requesting pricing, materials, dimensions, and lead times for a specific piece. We share the available information and answer initial questions.Customization & Quote
Most projects involve modifications in size or finish. Once we receive the required dimensions and material preferences, we prepare a formal quote based on the final scope.Deposit & Approval
After written confirmation and deposit, our design team develops the piece and prepares technical drawings for approval. If needed, we also send wood and finish samples. Samples can be sent before the project starts, with shipping covered by the client.Production
Production begins only after design, dimensions, and finishes are confirmed in writing. Standard lead time is 9 to 12 weeks, plus shipping time.Updates
If needed, we can share work in progress images during production. Once the piece is completed, we send final photos for confirmation before shipping.Shipping
After final approval, we collect shipping information, schedule delivery with FedEx, and provide tracking. Shipping is door to door only and does not include unpacking or installation. For large pieces, we recommend confirming access and unloading conditions in advance.
